Prison Break S03E13 - The Art of the Deal Summary:
Michael and Lincoln chase Whistler down the streets of Panama.Eventually they nab him and call Susan about the exchange.Back at Sona, Sucre pays the price for the escape and gets horribly tortured. When he refuses to divulge any details, he gets thrown into Sona.
Michael asks Susan to come to a public place for the exchange only to quickly reveal to Susan that the stunt is just to prove that Whistler is alive and in their custody. They quickly slip away from there and set up another exhcange point.This time in the first floor of a public museum.Susan has to get rid of her weapons in order to get past the detector. They exchange happens and Sofia soon learns that she was being used when Whistler tells her that there are no co ordinates to exchange. Sofia is upset and tries to leave Whistler. Michael smashes the emergency seal and creates an alarm.Everyone walks out. At the exit when they are frisked, guards begin to doubt Whistler and Scofield. One of Susan’s men tries to shoot a guard.Another guard interjects and in the commotion Sofia is shot.
McGrady and his dad escape a police checkpost by hiding beneath the car seat and reach home to find his family waiting for him in Columbia
Meanwhile in Sona, T-Bag comes to Lechero’s aid but just uses him to arrange for $50,000 through Sister Francis by falsely promising Lechero that the money can be used to bribe the guards and escape. Eventually there is no escape and T Bag kills a dying Lechero. T bag makes a speech in the yard denouncing Lechoro’s rule and distributes some of the money to the inmates to gain their trust, but keeps most of it for himself. Inmates are seen cheering for T-bag just as Sucre is thrown into Sona.
Mahone is sipping club soda in a bar opposite to a bank. Whistler appears later and Mahone agrees to work for the company.
While Michael and Linc wait outsite the hospital for Sofia, LJ gives Michael the paper rose Sara had and tells them that Sofia had some information about Whistler in a box in her apartment. In the apartment Michael and Lincoln discover information on a Jason Lief, a person supposedly in connection with Whistler. Michael and Linc part ways , Linc is seen with Sofia in the hospital and Michael sets out to get Gretchen
The episode closes as Michael drives along a highway in Panama, with the rose that he gave to Sara in season 1 seeking revenge on Gretchen for murdering Sara.
